One desk, one chat
Your Sky Exchange ID, your deposits and withdrawals and every support question live in the same WhatsApp thread. We built it that way so you never have to wonder which number is real. The person answering is a member of the Sky Exchange team, and the desk is run by Lazaro Duychak.
What the team never asks for
Scams work by asking for something we would never need. Keep this short list in mind and most of them fall apart in the first message.
- Your password. We don't know it and we don't want it. You set it on the platform and it stays there.
- An OTP or verification code. No part of getting or using a Skyexchange ID involves reading a code back to us.
- A payment to a number that was not confirmed in the chat. Deposit details are agreed in your own thread, never pushed to you by a stranger.
- Remote access to your phone. We never ask you to install a screen-sharing app or hand over control.
- A fee to release a withdrawal. Withdrawals are requested and settled in the same chat, with no surprise charge attached.
If you ever feel pressured, that alone is a signal. Real desk staff wait for you. The security checklist turns these points into a routine you can run in a minute.
How to verify a number
- Open the button on this page. Tap the WhatsApp button above and let it load the chat. Note the number WhatsApp shows at the top.
- Compare digit by digit. Put the number you were contacted from next to it. One changed digit is enough to make it a different person.
- Check who spoke first. We answer messages. If the other side started the conversation with an offer, it did not come from the desk.
- Read what is being asked. Passwords, OTPs, fees, screen sharing. Any of those and the answer is no, whoever is asking.
- When in doubt, ask us. Forward the suspicious chat to the real number and we'll tell you straight whether it is ours.
Sky Exchange is not Sky Bet
People search for one and land on the other more often than you would expect. Sky Exchange is a betting exchange brand serving players in India, with IDs issued by our team over WhatsApp. Sky Bet, run by Sky Betting and Gaming in the UK, is a separate company with its own site, apps and support. We have no link to them and cannot help with a Sky Bet account, so if a message mixes the two names, treat it as a red flag.
