How to use the Sky Exchange guides
Start with the guide that names your exact problem, not the one that sounds broadest. A login that fails has its own page. A forgotten password has another. Account recovery, where the mobile number itself is gone, has a third. They overlap a little on purpose, because people reach them from different places.
Read the whole step list before you act on it. Most guides put the quickest fix first and the slower fixes after, so you rarely need to reach the bottom.
Where a guide touches a figure, a limit or a timing, it tells you to confirm it in the chat. That is deliberate. The desk confirms the current figure in the chat, and a page that printed a number would be wrong the day the number changed.
If two guides seem to disagree, ask us which one applies to you. We update the pages when the answer we give on WhatsApp changes, and the Updates page notes anything that affects how you use your account.
Guides are help pages, not a login
Nothing on these pages asks for your password or an OTP, and neither does the team. If a page or a chat that looks like ours asks for either, close it and check the contact details on Official Channels before you do anything else. The fake sites guide explains what a copy usually gets wrong.
All guides
Nine guides so far, grouped loosely by what has gone wrong. The first three are about getting back in. The next two are about telling real from fake and live from demo. The last four cover money and safety. We add a guide when the same question arrives in the chat often enough to deserve its own page.
Login Problems
The reasons a Sky Exchange login fails, in the order we check them, from a typed ID with a wrong capital to a cached page or a copied site.
Password Reset
How a password reset is arranged with the desk, what we ask you to confirm, and how to choose a replacement you will not have to reset again.
Account Recovery
What to do when the login ID is forgotten, the registered mobile number has changed, or both, and how the team restores access.
Spot Fake Sky Exchange Sites
The signs of a copied Sky Exchange page or a fake WhatsApp number, and the steps to take if you already typed something in.
ID vs Demo ID
A live ID and a demo ID side by side, what each one can do, and which to ask for depending on how new you are to exchanges.
UPI Deposit Guide
Paying a Sky Exchange deposit by UPI from start to finish: asking for details, paying, the screenshot rule and getting the credit confirmed.
Withdrawal Timing
What actually decides how long a withdrawal takes, what speeds one up, what slows it down, and how to chase it without slowing it further.
Betting Exchange Basics
Back, lay, session markets and odds movement in plain words, with one clearly labelled example using made-up numbers.
Security Checklist
A checklist to run before you log in, during a session and after anything looks odd, so your Sky Exchange ID stays yours.
Pages the guides point back to
The guides fix problems. The core pages explain how things work in the first place, and most guides link to one of them at some point.
- Get Your Sky Exchange ID covers how the desk issues an ID after a short chat and why it is tied to your mobile number.
- Sky Exchange Login is where the login form lives and where first-time users walk through their first session.
- Sky Exchange App Download explains the Android APK the team shares on WhatsApp, version 1.9.5, and the browser route for iPhone.
- Deposits and Withdrawals is the overview page; the UPI and withdrawal timing guides go deeper on each half.
- Support tells you what to send us for each kind of problem so we can act on the first message.
New to exchanges altogether? Ask for a demo ID first and read the basics guide alongside it. You can also reach the desk at any hour, which the Sky Exchange 247 page explains.
