WhatsApp first
The desk is a WhatsApp chat, and it is where almost everything happens. You do not need an account, a form or a reference number to start. Type what you need in plain words and a member of the team replies from the same number.
Not sure what to say? Any of these works as an opening line.
- "I want a new Sky Exchange ID."
- "Can I have a demo ID to look around first?"
- "Please send the app." (You will get version 1.9.5 for Android in the chat.)
- "My login is not working, my ID is ..."
- "I want to deposit" or "I want to withdraw."
Email second
Write to info@allfortheunion.com when you want something on record, when a chat has gone quiet, or when you are reporting a suspicious number or copied page. Put your login ID in the subject line if you have one. Email is slower than the chat because the team cannot see your conversation history there, so for anything urgent about access or a payment, use WhatsApp.
What to include
One complete message beats five short ones. Depending on why you are writing, the team will want some of the following.
| Reason | Include |
|---|---|
| New or demo ID | Just ask. The desk asks its own questions and confirms your mobile number in the chat. |
| Login help | Your login ID, the device, the exact error text and a screenshot if you have one |
| Deposit or withdrawal | Your login ID and, for a deposit, the payment screenshot with the reference visible |
| Reporting a fake | The number or address, a screenshot of the message, and what, if anything, you shared |
One number, one email
These two are the only ways to reach the Sky Exchange team. There is no second WhatsApp number, no agent hotline and no chat widget on other sites. If you were given a different contact, compare it with the official channels page before you use it. And whatever the channel, we never ask for your password or an OTP.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the support page, which lists what to send for each type of problem, and in the guides, which walk through login errors, password resets and payment steps. A quick look there often saves you the wait for a reply. If the answer is not there, message us and tell us what was missing so we can add it.
