What to send for each problem
Most delays come from a message that says "not working" and nothing else. The table below is what the team will ask for anyway, so sending it up front skips a step.
| Problem | Send us | Read first |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot log in | Login ID, the exact error text, phone or desktop, and if your password was recently changed | Login problems guide |
| Forgot password | Login ID and a message from the mobile number your ID is tied to | Password reset guide |
| Want a new ID | A message saying you want a Sky Exchange ID. The desk asks the rest in the chat. | Sky Exchange ID page |
| Want to try before committing | Ask for a demo ID. Nothing else needed. | Demo ID page |
| App will not install | Android version, the message the phone shows, and where you got the file | App download page |
| Deposit not credited | Payment screenshot with the reference visible, login ID, time of payment | UPI deposit guide |
| Withdrawal pending | Login ID, the amount you requested, and when you asked | Withdrawal timing guide |
| Suspicious message or site | Screenshot of the message, the number or address it came from | Fake site guide |
| Locked out completely | Login ID, your registered mobile number, and a plain account of what happened | Account recovery guide |
Support never needs your password
Every problem above can be solved without it. If you are chatting with someone who insists on your password or an OTP to "check your account", you are not talking to the Sky Exchange team. Compare the number against the official channels page and stop there if it does not match.
What to expect after you message
Someone on the desk reads your message and replies from the same number. If they need more detail they will ask for it in one go rather than drip-feeding questions. The desk runs around the clock, which is what the Sky Exchange 247 page is about, but that does not mean an instant answer at every minute.
Please send one message with everything in it and then wait for the reply. Sending the same question five times pushes you further down the queue, not up it.
Once the issue is fixed, the team says so in the chat. If it involved a payment, keep that message. It is your record.
Escalating by email
Email is the second channel, not the first, because it is slower and the team cannot see your chat history there. It is the right route in three situations.
- The WhatsApp chat has gone quiet on a problem that matters to you and a single follow-up has not moved it.
- You want a complaint or a request on record with a timestamp outside the chat.
- You are reporting a fake number or copied page and want to attach several screenshots.
Write to info@allfortheunion.com with your login ID in the subject line. The desk is run by Lazaro Duychak and escalations reach the same team, so you will not be starting from zero.
Before you message, try this
- Type your Sky Exchange ID again slowly. Capitals and the letter O versus zero catch people out constantly.
- Close the browser or app fully and open it again on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round.
- Check the mobile login page if the problem only appears on your phone.
- If none of that helps, message the desk with the details from the table above.
