Who is responsible
The Sky Exchange team, operated by Lazaro Duychak, runs this site and the WhatsApp desk. Questions about anything on this page go to info@allfortheunion.com. The about page explains who we are.
What this site collects
Very little. There is no account system, no sign-up form and no comment box. The one form on the site, on the login page, opens WhatsApp with your ID typed into the message. It does not send anything to us through the site and it does not save what you typed.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs: the address of the device requesting a page, the page requested, the time and the browser type. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. They are not joined to your WhatsApp identity.
We set no tracking cookies. The cookie policy has the detail. If analytics is switched on in future, this page changes first.
What the WhatsApp desk collects
When you message the desk, the team sees your WhatsApp number and profile name. Over the course of setting up and running your ID it may also hold the following.
- The name you give and the mobile number your ID is tied to.
- Your login ID. Never your password, which the team does not ask for and does not want.
- Payment screenshots and references you send for deposits and withdrawals, and the payment details you give for a withdrawal.
- The chat history itself, which is the record of what was agreed on both sides.
WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy, which applies to the messaging layer regardless of anything here.
Why the team holds it
To issue your ID and confirm you are the person behind the mobile number. To arrange and reconcile deposits and withdrawals. To answer support questions with context. To spot duplicate IDs and impersonation. Nothing on that list is marketing, and the team does not send promotional broadcasts.
Sharing your details with others
The desk does not sell, rent or swap your information. It shares what is needed to complete a payment you asked for, and anything it is legally required to disclose. It does not pass your number to other operators or to anyone offering tips. If someone contacts you claiming to have your details from Sky Exchange, check the official channels page; it did not come from us.
How long it is kept
Chat and payment records are kept for as long as your ID is active and for as long afterwards as is needed to resolve disputes and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not publish a fixed period because it depends on the type of record. Ask the desk and the team will tell you what applies to yours.
Your choices
You can ask what the team holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email the address above from the number or address the desk already knows so the request can be verified. Payment records may need to be retained for a time even after an ID is closed; the team will say so if that applies. The security checklist covers what you can do on your own side to keep your information safe.
Changes
When this policy changes, a dated entry appears on the updates page. The current version is always the one on this page.
