Who runs the desk
The Sky Exchange desk is run by Lazaro Duychak, with a team that answers the WhatsApp chat in shifts. When you message, a person replies. No bot hands you a menu, and no third party sits between you and the team. The email address on the contact page reaches the same people.
We are not Sky Bet and we have nothing to do with Sky Betting and Gaming in the UK. The names look alike; the businesses are unrelated. Sky Exchange is a betting exchange brand, and this desk is its ID service for India.
What the desk does
Think of the desk as the front door. Nothing on the platform starts until a member of the team has spoken to you and set up your access.
- Issues IDs. After a short chat, tied to your mobile number, one ID per person. The Sky Exchange ID page lists what to send.
- Hands out demo access. A demo ID lets you look around before you commit anything.
- Shares the Android app. Version 1.9.5, sent as an APK in the chat rather than hosted here.
- Arranges deposits and withdrawals. Routes and details are confirmed in your own thread, as described on the deposits and withdrawals page.
- Fixes access problems. Login errors, forgotten passwords and locked accounts, through the support page process.
What the desk does not do
Being clear about the edges saves everyone time, and it also makes impersonators easier to spot.
We don't run a sign-up form. There is no box on this site where you register, and there never will be, because the team needs to speak to you first. We don't host the app file for download. We don't offer tips, predictions or "sure" markets. We don't take payments to any account that was not confirmed in your chat. And we never ask for a password or an OTP, on any channel, for any reason. If you see any of those things, you are not dealing with us. The official channels page has the full list of what we use.
Why WhatsApp and not a web form
A form collects data and stores it somewhere. A chat lets the team ask one or two questions, confirm your number is really yours, and issue the ID while you watch. It also gives you a single thread that holds every instruction about your account. We know it feels less automated. That is the point.
How these pages are kept current
Every page shows a last-checked date in its footer. Someone on the team reads the page against what the desk is actually doing and either updates it or confirms it still matches. When something changes that affects players, such as a new app version or a channel being added, it goes on the updates page with the date.
The guides are treated the same way. If a step in the login problems guide stops matching what you see on screen, that is a bug in the guide and we want to hear about it. Message the desk or use the email on the contact page.
Who this site is for
Adults in India who want a Sky Exchange ID, already have one, or are trying to work out whether a message they received really came from us. You must be over eighteen. Availability depends on the laws where you live, and the team will say so plainly if the service is not open to you.
