The rules the desk holds to
- Eighteen and over. The team confirms you are an adult before a Sky Exchange ID is issued and closes any ID found to belong to a minor.

Message the WhatsApp desk and say you want your ID paused, or closed. The team confirms in the chat what it can do and settles any balance through the normal withdrawal route first. You will not be asked to justify it, and you will not receive follow-up messages asking if you have changed your mind. Practical habits that help

Ask the desk to close your ID today, not after one more session. Then talk to someone you trust, and consider speaking to a counsellor or doctor about it; gambling difficulty is a recognised condition and people do recover from it.
