Confirm your Sky Exchange login ID
Read this before you type anything
- The form sends your ID to the desk on WhatsApp. It does not log you in and it does not store what you type.
- We confirm the ID against your registered number, then you sign in on the platform with the password you set.
- Nobody from the team will ask for that password or for an OTP. If a message does, it is not from us. Our real number and email are on the official channels page.
- No ID yet? You need one before this form is any use. The Sky Exchange ID page explains how the desk issues them.
Where the Sky Exchange login actually happens
Not on this site. That surprises some people, so it's worth being plain about it.
This site is the desk. The platform, where the markets are and where your balance lives, is a separate thing you sign in to with your ID and password. The desk's job is everything around that: issuing the ID, confirming it's you, sorting deposits and withdrawals, and getting you back in when something breaks. When you send your ID through the form above, the team checks it against the number you're messaging from and points you to the right place to sign in. If we've already done that for you, skip the form and go straight to the platform.
One more thing to clear up, because we get asked. Sky Exchange is a betting exchange brand run by the Sky Exchange team. It is not Sky Bet and it has nothing to do with Sky Betting and Gaming in the UK. If you were looking for those, you're in the wrong place, and no ID from our desk will work there.
Your first login, step by step
You've got a message from the desk with an ID and a temporary password. This is what to do with it.
- Open the platform on a browser you trust. Phone or laptop, either is fine. Use the address the desk gave you in the chat, not one from a search result or a forwarded message.
- Type the ID exactly. Capitals, numbers, no spaces before or after. Most failed first logins are a typo here, not a problem with the account.
- Paste the temporary password. Copy it straight from the WhatsApp message rather than retyping. A zero and a capital O look the same on a small screen.
- Change the password straight away. The platform will usually prompt you. If it doesn't, find the account or profile menu and do it yourself. Pick something you don't use anywhere else.
- Check the balance matches what the desk confirmed. If it doesn't, screenshot it and send it to the chat before you place anything.
- Log out when you're done on a shared device. On your own phone you can stay signed in. On anyone else's, don't.
One habit worth building from day one is logging in from the same bookmark every time. Fake login pages rely on you typing an address from memory or tapping a link in a message, and a bookmark removes both routes.

Common login errors and what they usually mean
These are the messages that land in our chat most often, with the fix that usually works. Try the fix once before messaging; if it doesn't hold, send us a screenshot. Two failures in a row are a signal to stop and check the address, not to keep trying.
| What you see | What it usually is | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid username or password | Typo in the ID, caps lock, or an old password after a reset | Retype slowly. If you have reset recently, use the new one. Still stuck, see the password reset guide. |
| Page loads, button does nothing | Browser blocking scripts, or a stale tab | Close the tab and reopen the address fresh. Try another browser once before assuming it's the account. |
| Logged out every few minutes | Cookies being cleared, private mode, or a data-saver extension | Turn off private browsing and data-saver for that site, then sign in again. |
| Account inactive or blocked | The account has been paused at our end | Message the desk from your registered number. We tell you why and what is needed to lift it. |
| Site will not open at all | Network filter, a wrong address, or the platform being updated | Check the address against the chat. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If neither works, ask the desk. |
| Someone asks for an OTP to "verify your login" | Not an error. Somebody is trying to take the account. | Do not reply. Block the number and tell us in the real chat. Our contacts are on the official channels page. |
The longer version, with the less common ones, is in the login not working guide.
Security checklist for every session
Thirty seconds of habit that saves a very long conversation later.
- Confirm the address before you type. Bookmark the one the desk gave you and use the bookmark.
- Your password goes into the platform login screen and nowhere else. Not into WhatsApp, not into a form on any site, including this one.
- Messages about your account come from the one desk number. A new number claiming to be "Skyexchange support" is not us, whatever the profile photo says. Verify on the official channels page.
- Change the password if you've ever typed it on a device that wasn't yours.
- Keep the phone's operating system and browser updated. Old browsers leak sessions.
- If something feels off, stop and message the desk before you do anything else on the account.
The full routine, including what to do after a suspected compromise, is in the security checklist guide. How to tell a copy of this site from the real thing is covered in spotting fake Sky Exchange sites.
Mobile or desktop: does it matter?
Same ID, same password, same account. The difference is convenience, not access.
Most of our players sign in on a phone, because that's where the WhatsApp chat is and where they're watching the match. On Android you can use the browser or the Sky Exchange app, which the desk shares as an APK on request. On iPhone it's the browser, saved to the home screen so it opens like an app. The mobile login page has the small-screen specifics.
Desktop is easier when you want several markets open at once or you're comparing back and lay prices across a session. If you're new to how an exchange differs from a bookmaker, the betting exchange basics guide is a short read that makes the screen make sense.
Forgotten your password, or the ID itself?
Both are fixed in the chat, and neither needs you to tell us a password.
If you've lost the password, message the desk from your registered number, say you need a reset, and we issue a temporary one for you to change on the platform. If you've lost the ID, send the same message and we read it back to you after checking the number. If you've lost the phone number too, that's account recovery, and it takes longer because we have to be sure it's you. Whatever the case, the desk answers around the clock; see Sky Exchange 247 for how the night shift works.
