How a Sky Exchange deposit is arranged
You need a Sky Exchange ID first. If you're still at the demo stage, the first deposit is what turns it into a real account, and the steps are the same.
- Message the desk from your registered number and say you want to deposit. If you have more than one ID in the family, say which one.
- Wait for the payment details to come from the chat. The team sends the current UPI ID or bank account. Details change, so don't reuse ones from a previous deposit without checking.
- Pay from an account in your own name. A payment from a friend's account slows everything down because the team has to work out whose deposit it is.
- Send one screenshot per payment with the reference number visible. More on this in the next section, because it's where most delays start.
- Wait for the confirmation message. The team replies in the same chat when the balance is credited. Log in to the platform and check it shows.
That's the whole process. Our UPI deposit guide goes through the UPI app screens in detail if you've never sent a payment this way.
The screenshot rule
One payment, one screenshot, nothing cropped. That's the rule, and we're strict about it because the screenshot is how a payment gets matched to an ID. Without it, your money is sitting in an account with no name on it and the team is guessing.
A good screenshot shows the reference or UTR number, the amount, the date and time, and the payee. Take it from the payment success screen or the transaction history, not from a notification banner that hides half the details.
- Reference number fully visible. This is the one field the team actually searches for.
- Amount and payee shown. So the team can see it went to the right details.
- Not cropped, not edited, not a photo of another phone. A screenshot of the screen, straight from the payment app.
- Sent in the same chat as the payment details, from the same number. Screenshots sent to another number won't reach the team.
- Sent once. Resending the same screenshot three times doesn't speed it up, it just pushes the queue along.
If a payment failed on your side but money left your account, send the screenshot anyway and say what happened. The team can see whether it arrived.
How a Sky Exchange withdrawal is requested
Withdrawals go the other way through the same chat. There's no withdrawal form on this site and there's no separate number for payouts.
- Check your open bets. A withdrawal is processed from your settled balance. If a bet is still live, that money isn't available yet.
- Message the desk from your registered number and say how much you want to withdraw.
- Share the account you want it sent to. UPI ID or bank account, in the same name as your Sky Exchange ID. A mismatch is the most common reason a withdrawal stalls.
- Confirm the request when the team reads it back. They'll repeat the amount and the account so a typo doesn't send it somewhere else.
- Wait for the "sent" message and check your bank. If it hasn't landed after the time the team mentioned, reply in the same chat with your bank's transaction view.
The desk gives you a realistic expectation of timing when you ask, not before, because it depends on the queue and on your bank. Our withdrawal timing guide explains what actually moves that number.
Payment details come from one place
- The UPI ID or bank account you pay to arrives in the chat you started from a button on this site. Never from a forwarded message, a group post, or a second number that "takes over".
- The team never asks for your UPI PIN, a bank OTP, your card number or your platform password to process a deposit or a withdrawal.
- If someone says the details have "changed" mid-payment, stop. Check the number against our Official Channels page before you send anything.

What slows a withdrawal down
Most withdrawals are uneventful. The ones that aren't usually have one of these behind them.
| Cause | Why it matters | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Bets still unsettled | Only settled balance is paid out | Wait for the market to settle, or withdraw the settled part now |
| Name mismatch on the account | The team checks the payee name against your ID | Use an account in your own name. Say so up front if the name is spelt differently |
| Request sent from a different number | Identity is confirmed against your registered number | Message from the number tied to your ID. If you changed numbers, tell the desk first |
| Wrong or incomplete account details | A bounced transfer has to be traced and resent | Copy the details from your bank app rather than typing them |
| Asking on several channels at once | Duplicate requests get paused while the team checks they are the same | One request, one chat. Reply in the thread rather than starting a new one |
| Bank-side hold or maintenance | Out of everyone's hands once the transfer is sent | Check your bank app first. If it shows nothing after the expected time, send the desk a screenshot |
| Deposit screenshot still missing | An unmatched deposit can hold up the account until it is sorted | Send the screenshot for any deposit the team has asked about |
Deposit and withdrawal figures
You'll notice this page gives no numbers. That's deliberate. Limits, windows and any charges move with the platform and the payment routes, and a figure printed here would be wrong within weeks. Ask in the chat and you get the current one.
If someone quotes you a fixed minimum, a guaranteed payout time or a "bonus percentage" for Sky Exchange, they aren't quoting us. The desk gives figures in the chat, to you, for your account.
Money habits that keep the chat simple
Deposit only what you've decided to play with before you open the app. Withdraw when you've had a good day rather than letting the balance sit. Keep your registered number the same. Send the screenshot every time without being asked.
If you ever feel the deposits are getting ahead of you, say so in the chat or read our responsible gaming page. Sky Exchange is 18+ and we'd rather you paused than pushed on.
For anything the desk hasn't answered after you've followed the steps above, the support page lists what to send and how to escalate by email. And if you're not logged in yet, the Sky Exchange login page comes first.
