What a Sky Exchange agent does
Think of an agent as the person a group of players already trusts. A friend who's been on the exchange for a while, someone at the local shop, a cousin who understands the markets. Rather than every player messaging the desk cold, they go through that one person, and that person deals with us.
Day to day, that means an agent requests new IDs for their players, forwards deposit confirmations, raises withdrawal requests on a player's behalf when asked, and answers the "how do I lay this" questions so the desk doesn't have to. The agent knows their players by name. We know the agent.
What an agent does not do is hold anyone's money on the platform for them, or hold anyone's password. Each player still has their own Skyexchange ID, their own password set on the platform, and their own balance. The agent has a window onto those accounts, not the keys to them.
Plenty of players never use an agent at all. They message the desk directly, get a Sky Exchange ID, and handle their own deposits and withdrawals in the chat. Both routes lead to the same platform.
Agent vs master vs admin
People use these three words loosely, and scam messages use them deliberately to sound official. Here is how they actually sit.
| Role | Who holds it | What they look after | How access is issued |
|---|---|---|---|
| Player | Anyone 18+ with a Sky Exchange ID | Their own account, bets and balance | By the desk on WhatsApp after a short chat |
| Agent | A trusted person looking after a group of players | ID requests, deposits and withdrawals, questions for their players | By the desk on WhatsApp after a longer conversation |
| Master | Someone who looks after several agents | The agents under them, and the players under those agents | Arranged directly with the Sky Exchange team |
| Admin | The Sky Exchange team | The platform, every account, every setting | Not issued. This is us |
The exact permissions attached to each level are confirmed by the desk in the chat when access is arranged. If a message tells you someone is a "Sky Exchange admin" and asks you to do anything with your login, treat it as fake. Admin never messages players out of the blue.
How agent access is arranged with the desk
There's no agent sign-up form on this site, and there won't be one. Every agent is spoken to by a real person first.
- Message the team on WhatsApp from the button on this page and say you're asking about agent access, so it doesn't get handled as a normal ID request.
- Send your name and mobile number. This becomes your registered number, the same rule as for players.
- Tell us about your players. Roughly who they are and how you know them. We're not after a list of names, just a picture of what you'll be doing.
- Confirm you are 18 or older and where you're based. Agent access, like everything else on Sky Exchange, depends on jurisdiction.
- Talk through the arrangement. The team explains how deposits, withdrawals and settlement work between an agent and the desk. Ask questions here. Nothing is agreed until you're clear.
- Receive your agent login in the chat, then set your own password on the platform. Same as players, the password never goes through WhatsApp.
If the team decides agent access isn't the right fit, you can still hold a player ID. The two are not connected.

Sky Exchange agent login
Agents log in through the link the desk shares when access is set up. It is a different screen from the player login, with a different ID format, and it should be bookmarked from the chat link rather than found by searching.
If your agent login stops working, message the desk from your registered number. Don't try to log in to the player screen with agent details, and don't accept a "new agent portal" link from anyone other than the chat you've always used. Password resets follow the same path as for players, described in our password reset guide.
What players never need
This section is for players, because the word "agent" is used in most of the scam messages we get shown.
- You never need an agent login. A player logs in with a player ID. If someone offers you "agent access" to get better odds or faster payouts, it's a lure.
- You never need to pay an agent to "activate" an ID. Your first deposit funds your own balance, and the desk confirms it in the chat. Nothing is paid to a person.
- You never need to share your password or an OTP with an agent, a master, or anyone claiming to be admin. Not once.
- You never need to move to a new number because an agent "changed phones". The desk number on our Official Channels page does not change without notice on this site.
Fake agents are the most common scam we see
Someone posts in a group as a "Sky Exchange agent", offers a quick ID, takes a deposit to a personal UPI and disappears. Real agents don't recruit in comment sections, and the desk never asks you to pay a person. If an agent contacted you rather than the other way round, verify them by messaging the desk on the number from our Official Channels page. Our guide on spotting fake Sky Exchange sites covers the same tricks when they appear as websites.
What we expect from agents
Deposits from your players go the way the desk describes, every time, with the screenshot attached. Withdrawal requests are passed on promptly and never held back. You don't set your own limits for players and you don't promise anything the desk hasn't confirmed.
If a player disputes something, it comes to us. You can raise it on their behalf, but the player can also message the desk directly, and we'll always talk to them. The support page explains what to send so a dispute is sorted quickly.
Agents who ask players for passwords, take money outside the agreed route, or run their own side book lose access. We know that sounds strict. It's the only way players can trust the word "agent" when they see it.
