What Sky Exchange 247 means on this desk
Two things, and they're separate.
The first is the platform. A betting exchange doesn't close at night, because somewhere a match is on and someone wants to back or lay it. Markets open, go in-play and settle on the schedule of the sport, not on Indian office hours. If you have a Sky Exchange ID, you can log in at any hour and find something live.
The second is us. The WhatsApp desk is staffed through the night, so a new ID, a deposit, a withdrawal request or a login problem gets a human reply whatever the clock says. We don't quote a response time on this page, because it depends on how busy the chat is at that moment. What we can say is that the number you message at midnight is the same one you'd message at midday, and it's answered by the Sky Exchange team.
People sometimes write "Skyexchange 247" as if it were a different product. It isn't. It's the same platform and the same desk, described by the hours it keeps.
What is actually running overnight
Overnight in India is daytime somewhere else, and that's where the markets are.
Cricket leads, as it does on every exchange with Indian players. When a series is on in Australia, New Zealand or South Africa, or a franchise league is running in the Caribbean, those matches start in what is the small hours or early morning for you. Football from Europe kicks off in the Indian evening and runs past midnight. Tennis and other sports fill the gaps from wherever the tour happens to be that week. Add in-play markets, which stay open while the game is live, and there's very little dead time.
What we won't do is list fixtures here. They change daily and this page is checked less often than a scoreboard. The platform's own market list is the only calendar you should trust for what's on tonight. If the sport you follow isn't showing, ask in the chat and we'll check.
Cricket across time zones, from an Indian clock
The rough shape of it, without pretending to be a fixture list. Actual start times move with daylight saving, day-night scheduling and the venue, so always check the platform.
| Where the cricket is | When it tends to land for you | Tip for players |
|---|---|---|
| Home matches in India | Afternoon and evening, with day-night games running late | The normal rhythm. Sort deposits before the toss rather than during the powerplay. |
| England and Europe | Indian afternoon into late evening | Comfortable hours; a good time to try a demo ID if you are new. |
| South Africa and Zimbabwe | Indian afternoon and evening | Similar to England. Nothing special to plan. |
| UAE and the Gulf | Indian evening, a little later than home fixtures | Watch the finish time if you have work in the morning. |
| Australia and New Zealand | Indian early morning, often before sunrise | Fund the night before if you plan to be up for the first ball. |
| Caribbean and North America | Indian night into early morning | The true overnight shift. Message early if you need a withdrawal started first. |
Wherever the cricket is, the desk is working the same hours you are. If you're going to be up for a Sydney start, the smart move is to have the balance in place the evening before. Our deposits and withdrawals page explains how a deposit is confirmed in the chat, and the UPI deposit guide walks through the screenshot step.

Night support: what the desk does at odd hours
The same things it does in the day. There is no reduced night menu.
- New IDs. A short chat, a number check, an age check, and your ID arrives. The ID page has the full steps.
- Deposits. You ask, the desk gives that day's details, you pay and send the screenshot, the balance is confirmed in the chat.
- Withdrawals. Requested in the chat like any other time. The withdrawal timing guide explains what can slow one down, and some of those things are bank-side rather than ours.
- Login and password help. If you're locked out in the middle of the night, message from your registered number and we reset it in the chat. See the login page first for the quick fixes.
- The app. If you need the APK or a fresh copy, we send it. The app page covers installing it.
How to reach the desk at odd hours so one reply fixes it
Late-night chats go faster when the first message has everything in it. Ours and yours.
- Message from your registered number. The one your ID is tied to. A message from another phone means we have to verify you before we can do anything, and at night that's the slowest part.
- Lead with the ID and the problem in one line. "ID skyxxxx, deposit sent, screenshot attached" tells us everything. "Hi" followed by silence does not.
- Attach the screenshot straight away if it's a payment or an error. Full screen, showing the time and the reference.
- Stay in the same chat. Don't open a second conversation from another number or app to chase; it splits the thread and slows both.
- Wait for the desk to confirm before you retry a payment. Double deposits are fixable, but they take longer to untangle than the wait would have.
The support page has a table of exactly what to send for each type of problem, and it applies at any hour.
How to know it's really us in the middle of the night
- The reply comes in the same WhatsApp thread you started, from the same number. The desk doesn't switch numbers for the night shift.
- Nobody asks for your password or an OTP. Not to "verify the late request", not for any reason.
- Payment details come inside the chat from the desk, never from a forwarded message or a second number that "handles nights".
- Check the number and email against the official channels page if anything feels off. Tired people are easier to rush, and the people who send fake messages know it.
A word about late sessions
The markets never closing doesn't mean you shouldn't. Decide before a night match what you're willing to put in, fund that amount and no more, and log out when the game ends rather than drifting into the next one. If you'd like the desk to help you hold a line, say so in the chat. Our responsible gaming page covers the options, and none of them are judgemental.
